Introduction

Hello! My name is Faraz Bhuiyan, and I'm currently a 17-year old rising senior living in Naperville, Illinois. My hobbies include 3D printing, fish keeping, and playing the piano. I love going to local museums, like Museum of Science and Industry, the Field Museum, and Shedd Aquarium, all of which are in Chicago, about a 40 minute drive from my house. I also love playing videogames during my free time. The main reason I joined this course is because I have been interested in designing and modeling (personal fabrication) for as long as I can remember. From drawing model rockets as a child to building a 3D printer to physically creating my designs now, my interest in the STEM field has grown significantly throughout my life, especially in engineering. In the future, I want to pursue a career in civil or structural engineering, as those are my two favorite engineering fields.
